Terms and Conditions — xc777 Online Betting Platform

1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings described below whenever they appear in capitalised form:

• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on xc777 or is accessing the platform.

2Acceptance of Terms

4Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active xc777 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods are used. xc777 uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts, and any account found to be a duplicate will be suspended without notice.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. If any information you provide is found to be false, xc777 reserves the right to void all bets, confiscate the account balance, and close the account immediately.

You are solely responsible for keeping your xc777 account credentials — username, password, and any linked mobile verification — secure and confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. xc777 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Account names cannot be transferred. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your xc777 account to another person under any circumstances.

5Deposits & Payments

xc777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

All funds deposited to xc777 must originate from a payment account or card held in the player's own name. xc777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a source not registered to the account holder, it will be returned and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees).

• Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 15 minutes to process during banking hours.

xc777 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to supply this documentation within five business days may result in a temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

6Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts verified as belonging to the account holder and matching the method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees).
• Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals via IBFT to Pakistani bank accounts typically process within one to three business hours during banking hours.

xc777 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of verification checks. If a player's account has active open bets at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal amount will be limited to the available balance net of the stakes held on open bets.

Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering cycle are not withdrawable and are not included in the withdrawable balance. Only real-money funds — including winnings generated from completed wagering of bonus funds — form part of the withdrawable balance.

7Bet Placement & Settlement

All bets placed on xc777 are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to review all bet details — selection, odds, and stake — before clicking confirm. xc777 will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted except in the specific circumstances described below.

xc777 uses automated settlement powered by official data feeds from recognised sports governing bodies and independent data providers. Bet outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant event as provided by these data sources. In the event of a discrepancy between what a player observed and the official data, the official data takes precedence.

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result, all bets on match winner and event-total markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If an event is reduced in overs or time by weather or other external factors and produces an official result via the applicable adjustment method (e.g. DLS for cricket), all bets will settle on that official result.
• Obvious pricing errors — where an odds price is clearly a technical mistake and not reflective of the true market — are not binding on xc777. Bets placed at obviously erroneous prices will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play markets settle on the result of the specific event as it occurred during live play, based on official data.

xc777 reserves the right to void any bet where it reasonably suspects match-fixing, unusual betting patterns suggesting inside information, or coordinated betting designed to exploit the platform. Such instances will be referred to relevant authorities.

8Bonuses & Promotions

xc777 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, odds boost promotions, and PSL/cricket-specific enhanced accumulator offers.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

13Limitation of Liability

14Account Closure & Suspension

Any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within five business days, provided all identity verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

xc777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms. In the event of closure due to breach, xc777 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in part or in full.
